The Saffire Large 19" Kamado is the size most grillers start with — and for good reason. Offering up to 464 sq. in. of cooking space with the included secondary grid (and up to 746 sq. in. across three levels), it’s large enough to handle the main course for a party, yet efficient enough for dinner for two.

The primary cooking grid delivers 283 sq. in. of space, and when you add the 180 sq. in. secondary cooking grid, your capacity expands instantly. Pair that with the multi-rack and multi-grid system for true multi-level versatility.

But there’s nothing “average” about this grill.

At its core is the Patented Revolutionary Crucible Firebox, featuring a twelve fire-brick design engineered to relieve stress, reduce breakage, promote faster heat-up, and simplify cleaning.

The built-in Smokin’ Chip Feeder Port (2") allows for effortless, on-demand smoke when paired with the Smokin’ Chip Feeder (included). Want the ultimate reverse sear? Lower half the cooking grid closer to the fire for high-heat searing while finishing food on the other side for perfectly balanced, flame-kissed results.
